Today I had nothing that HAD to be done. Possibly for the first time in about a million years.
Of course there was stuff that COULD be done. But we weren't desperate for washing, didn't HAVE to vaccum, no errands to run, no work deadline tomorrow... so I did NOTHING, Seriously, I achieved NOTHING today. And it was SOOO nice.
So K and I had some time together while Sharni slept and we made these cute canvases for her room.
Sooo cool. $5 from the reject shop and they are pre-printed with cute images and come with all the paints and several brushes. She LOVED doing this. Could see myself in her when she started to freak about perfection and insisted I do the edges so it would be neat and then she just 'coloured' it all in. Such fun to play with brushes and acrylics. As always, Toni's kits are AMAZING value, with heaps of stuff plus the instructions for an OTP, 3 LOs and cards. You will never get better value elsewhere! This month I am celebrating motherhood. Make some pretty mother's day cards and pressies if you're quick enough, or scrap about how you spent the day if you're not so organised (like me!) sooo pretty!!

How cute are those canvases. Lovely job K :). That kit looks SOOOOOOO gorgeous. Great job putting it together once again. Can't wait to see what you create with it.

seriously, those canvases look soo good! ive seen the same ones heaps of times and certanly didnt see that potential in them. love your papers etc too
